As you know, Peanut is a CCVI kid. Since we started our adventures a little over a year ago, they’ve been valued guides and resources as we navigate the world of the visually impaired. They’ve made a huge difference in our lives and in Peanut’s life, as they’ve made a huge difference in the lives of countless other children and families in their 59 years of operation.
The Sabates Eye Centers Trolley Run is our chance to give back to CCVI. It’s an enormous, fun event–the biggest timed four-mile event in the country–and a major fundraiser for CCVI. If you’d like to sign up to run (for us, it’s the Trolley Walk Real Fast, so running is NOT required!), sleep in (there’s an option for that this year, too!) or just make a donation, check out their Web site at http://trolleyrun.org/index.php.
This year’s Trolley Run is bright and early on Sunday, April 17. We hope to see you there!
