From Kansas City.com: Missouri House debates budget that cuts program for blind

I saw this article on the Star’s Web site this morning, and thought I’d post a link to it here as a way of passing the information along.  Essentially, the Missouri legislature is looking to cut a program that provides healthcare funding for blind individuals who aren’t eligible for Medicare/Medicaid; according to the article, that’s about 2,600 individuals in the state.  Click below to read the article from the Kansas City Star’s Web site:
