From MSNBC.com: Meet Mensa’s youngest US member: She joined at age 2

Emmelyn Roettger’s doctors told her parents she was developmentally delayed; it turns out she just couldn’t see.  She’s been making leaps and bounds since she got her first pair of glasses at 10 months of age.  Now, far from having a cognitive impairment, she’s a Mensa member.  It just goes to show how much we can achieve when we’ve got the tools we need to do so (in this case, glasses!).
