As part of its ongoing 60th anniversary celebration, CCVI is hosting a free community event on February 27th at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.  See below for details:

Sullivan is a singer, actor, author, writer and producer who happens to be blind. Born prematurely, he was given too much oxygen while in an incubator. Though it saved his life, it cost him his eyesight.

Sullivan’s book, Adventures in Darkness, will be available for sale following the performance. A portion of sales will be donated to CCVI courtesy of Rainy Day Books.
