A Morning with Dr. Neil Kingston

 

Come spend the morning with Dr. Neil Kingston from Dynamic Leaning Maps (DLM) assessment consortium. Dr. Kingston will speak to Kansas Educators about the Newalternate assessment. DLM is a consortium of 13 states that have come together to develop the New alternate assessment for reading and math based on the Kansas Common Core Standards. The Newalternate will be implemented in the school year 2014-2015. The presentation will be held at the Topeka Public Library from 9-Noon on December 6^th 2012. At the presentation you will be able to ask your questions about the new assessment and find out about Leaning Maps and how it relates to the assessment. No registration necessary for this meeting. There will be room for everyone!
