Love Notes Available Again

If you happen to use Kellogg’s snacks for your kids, you may have noticed that they have a space to write notes to your kiddos on the front of the wrappers.  As explained on their Web site,

Rice Krispies Treats’ writeable wrappers let parents send their children an encouraging note to brighten their day. After all, love and support are the most important school supplies.

But with over 62,000 blind and low-vision children in schools across the United States, we realized not every child is able to see these written notes.

So Rice Krispies Treats is partnering with the National Federation of the Blind to create ‘Love Notes’ in the form of Braille stickers and re-recordable audio boxes. This year, love and support will be more accessible.

We tried to get these last year, and they were already “sold out.”  They’ve started the program again this year, so if you’re wanting some awesome braille labels to personalize your kids’ lunch treats, act fast!  Their site is:  https://www.ricekrispies.com/en_US/love-notes.html
